According to the current legislation of Ukraine, items of proper quality, made to order, are NOT RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE. When placing an order, provide accurate and detailed information about the desired product. For clothes - gender, height, chest girth, hips, material. For decorative items - length and width. Independent selection of the size by the buyer without coordination with the Manufacturer, without taking into account the peculiarities of fit, model and material, is the responsibility of the Buyer.
If the buyer provides reliable information about body measurements, we guarantee 100% compliance of the product size with body measurements. Please carefully check the goods when you receive them from the Carrier and, in case of detection of defects, record them in the relevant Act provided by the Carrier.
